Ovation Electronics is a family run business which was founded in 1980. The first stock sold were TV's, radio's and record players. Ovation won awards for the best quality stock and fairest prices.

In 1986 the company had outgrown the small shop based in Middleton and decided that bigger premises were needed to be able to compete with the large retail chains. A larger high street store was acquired and continuing our existing aim of providing quality to the customer, we supplied many new products.

In 1989 a contract was claimed with some of the biggest electronics manufacturers including Panasonic and Sony to be able to offer the latest consumer electronics at the cheapest price.

In Summer 2001 a new retail park was planned for the borders of the centre of Middleton. Due to increasing demand and further increasing sales planned, it was decided again that new premises must be found. A contract was sealed in 2002 and Ovation now has a large warehouse complete with shop. Our aim is still to supply the lastest products at competitive prices. With the move many new product ranges were introduced including MP3/Portable Audio, DVD Recorders and Players and Surround Sound speaker systems.

For the future we plan to increase our stock ranges to cover computer systems (laptops and desktop), satellite navigation and mobile phones plus more.
